one, two, threeeee......!!! =)

Today was a great day!!! I liked the class… =) Yesterday, my tutor teacher told me what I had to cover today. It was a reading. I read it several times to get familiar with the vocabulary and the pronunciation of some words and I practiced it at home, then, today I went to teach and I did it good. I read twice the reading and the students were just following me in the reading.

Then, I read and they repeated. After that, I asked them to underline the adverbs of frequency and they did it very good. Later, I asked some of them to pass and write the sentences that contain the adverb and also, they did it very well.

I did several activities with the reading and at the end the class was very meaningful for the students and for me too because I liked what I did.

In the feedback, the teacher told me that she liked the way I developed the activities with the reading. She said that she liked the way I involved the students and the way I made them to participate.  Also, she said that I had just a pair of mistakes when I was speaking but I did a great job. So, I liked my class. =)

  3. Great my friend, we know it is to hard being thinking about how to teach this and the other things but at the end what it´s really greatful is how we feel looking at the students they are learning just by the efforts we do.

  4. Readings are nice. I like to perform different activities with readings. In my practice, I learned that readings are sometimes boring, but you can make them more interesting by adding an extra touch like a game, a short competition, etc.
