Well, this was the third time
teaching. I taught today because I couldn´t do it on Tuesday so I did today. Today
morning, I did some activities that I think they worked well. For the warm up, I
asked the students to stand up and I gave them a little ball and I asked them
to form two lines. Then, I gave the ball
to one of them and I said a category and before they threw the ball they said a
word related with the category I mentioned. They had a good time playing as far
as I know! Hehehe!!!
After that, I did a listening that
was on the book. They understood the listening, they did the activities that
were on the book, and they participated during the class. That listening took
some more time and then, I couldn´t do the other activity that I prepared that
was Find someone who…? So, I hope to do that activity next class. And also, I'm
going to record my next class. Well, I hope so.
In the feedback, the teacher told
me that I did well; he told me that the warm up took around 10 minutes and that
was too much time. I had some mistakes when I was talking but they were a few. But
I think I did well and thanks God we are about to finish teaching at least this
semester!!!! =)
